The op didn't say the FOS had found in his favour.  They said this,

At last, within one week of ombudsman looking into the accounts, 

The barclays is going to make a offer of compensation

Well they did actually, back in May last year.
To quote them;
"Yay I've won my case" 

Frankly I've lost track of the whole thing. If this is genuine and what they say has actually happened then they deserve redress but it's such a mumbled mess I'm not sure anyone could work anything out.
Things just seem to go back and forth.
     I've won/I'm winning/I'm going to win/ It's being looked at  (Delete as appropriate)

At that stage, when I said I've won my case, I knew it could not go any other way, it was just a matter of time. And I was right,  but as I have said earlier, This is fraudulent behaviour by a bank, and hopefully it will be out in the open, as I think it is whole scale, not just me, maybe ITS JUST A MATTER OF TIME

So the ombudsman has NOT ruled in your favour but you THINK that they will at some stage in the future but the fact that you approached the ombudsman shifted Barclays' stance towards your complaint?
Is that right up to now?

I still have a feeling none of this happened, hence the constant shifting and backtracking.

As I said my complaint is on the move again, That's brilliant,  but also the best of all will be to see this illegal procedure out for all to see in time.
