Good evening everyone
Congratulations to everyone who’s lost or STS 👏👍👏
Thank you for kind words. You are lovely people! 💐
“Following a reported shortage of waggons, or waggons with quality defects (square wheels, inflammable, no safety harnesses for waggon riders), new stock will be appearing under Izadora’s sparkly new line at Tomorrow is Another Day. Test ride yours today! Insurance available on all new waggons.”
Just whizzing through to say
B : grapefruit, oatcakes with Marmite
L : 1 sherry, hm soup, bread roll (no spread); apple and fat-free yogurt
D : 1 sherry, mushroom omelette with cabbage, carrot, peas and parsnip;glass of white wine; raspberries with cream (there was loads on the top of the new bottle of milk)
S : 4 choc&ginger biscuits, 1 slice of fruit cake, 1 square of chocolate
Hmmm, too much alcohol, too much cake, too many biscuits (hang-my-blushing-head-in-shame emoji) Time I got myself one of those nice new waggons.“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

Free lunch of sandwich and crisps followed by my pack up for tea: sandwich and crisps. I have to take pack up as we're not guaranteed to receive a free lunch, it's first come, first served. Then I get a free lunch, don't want to waste my pack up, so eat it for tea. That's two days in a row now. too much bread I'll take Ryvita tomorrow and skip the crisps.... hope I grab a free lunch lol
Well done Molly xx woot woot. Go girl! Can you waft some motivation and inspiration over here please - I'm the one hiding under the wagon

Good morning everyone and what a beautiful one it is
I am just popping on to write down my food in the hopes that I will actually stick to the plan today.
b - scrambled eggs, tomatoes and toasted tiger bread
l - pasta salad
d - home made beef burger in a roll, skinny fries and cherry tomatoes
s - apple
Hopefully that will be all I munch today, there is no more Easter goodies left in the house so I am hopeful. Hope you all have a brilliant day today xx

Crumbs roundtuit, that diet plan looks a bit hair-shirtish to me. Don't be too hard on yourself.
I must investigate Izadora's wagon company. Especially if it comes with in-built insurance. My insurance providers seem strangely reluctant to renew my policy. Some nonsense about arson and fraudulent claims. Tomorrow is Another Day looks more hopeful.
No idea what I'll be eating today. I'll report back later.
Happy, hungry day everyone.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Morning All,
It's another gorgeous day here, shame I'm sitting in a freezing cold kitchen working
Brambling Well done on the loss and there's nothing bad about finding extra emergency gin. In my house it seems to go the other way, I think I've got some and then find an nearly empty bottle... I'm glad your nephew's profiteroles made an appearance.
Monnagran Well done on yesterday's meals, they sound lovely. Izzy's Wagons come with fully comp insurance and there's a never-ending supply for anyone who needs them.
TTB Your dinner sounds lovely.
Sirens I've only had kimchi a couple of times but I really enjoyed it so please let us know how it turns out.
Blue Doggy There's no need to hang your head, we all have days like that. If that classes as too much alcohol though I'm never admitting to what actually constitutes 'copious amounts' when I'm having a bad day
roundtuit Too much cheese and egg may not be good but I'm sure it was very tasty!! I hope work's not too bad today and enjoy the ryvita
dumpling Today's menu sounds lovely, I had pasta salad a couple of days this week and had forgotten just how much I like it.
I'm not very hopeful for my next weigh in, although my dinner yesterday was very sensible (sausage, mash and loads of veg) I've found that having too much picky stuff in the cupboards is making it too easy to graze all day long. I really should be eating less than normal, as I'm not walking anywhere to burn it off, but seem to have hit hungry hippo mode and I'm not sure what I want so eat everything until I find something satisfying or make myself feel a bit ucky.
Best of luck everyone and stay safe xx6 -
Oh goodness im so worried. One of my sons, who is not known for his common sense went to Aldi - not locally! A lady was stood behind him coughing im now so anxious and worried that he will catch corona. We DH and I are classed as vulnerable so have to be extra careful and so is he as he has a heart defect. Why oh why did he have to go we got food in not just his rubbishy bits.
On the weight loss side too anxious to eat anything.
Sorry but i don't have friends in RL
Hugs for a good dayI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.

Fingers crossed for your boy molly41
today for me
B slice of toast with butter
L Porridge
T (mum again...) lasagne with veg. Dont know about pud yet... will post later.
Edit...lasagne with salad, banana with yogurt.
I think I might go for intermittent fasting / one meal a day again. It worked very well for me last time. Hmmm, will ponder.
A bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it
You're welcome we can spare it, yellow socks8 -
Molly I know that telling you not to worry about it is about as much use as telling you to grow a pair of wings and learn to fly but a lot of people have coughs for loads of reasons that are nothing to do with corona so hopefully it was allergies/she's a smoker/something else. I know that statistics are of absolutely no comfort to a hideously large number of people at the moment but the likelihood of it being corona and him having caught it are still pretty low so try to hold on to that for now. I hope that it all turns out okay and please come and rant here if it helps xx
