Thank-you Tigheningthebelt and blue Doggy but this is the beginning of my diet, the loss will definitely slow down.
Stayed motivated yesterday
Lunch - weird but all I had in the fridge that was reasonable in calories and I needed it quickly as we had just come in and I always make for the fridge first - raw sweetheart cabbage and mayonnaise, 2 apples and 1 satsuma.
Tea:- 4oz venison braising steak, peas, runner beans and mashed squash, sugarfree jelly with frozen fruit, 1 square dark chocolate, 5 walnut halves8 -
Hi all, sorry I'm a bit lat about weighing in, I did do it yesterday first thing and am reporting 1 pound down, SO very happy about that. GO running and bicycling on alternate days and went for a longish walk last night. So at the moment it's more the exercise than the food that is helping, Congrats to all who have lost weight and if not then keep at it, it's about the long stride :-)Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Belated Happy Easter 🙂
Well done TTB, Ditty and Cranky for your loses and STS 👏👏👏. Roundtuit it seems you are the chosen one, I think one qtr I dropped TTB off the chart every time I copied it. 🙄
Today I have sinned 🥺 I was doing ok until dinner time when I succumbed to the call of the baking cupboard, even after flinging my kitchen scales across the kitchen I managed to put them together enough to make rock cakes. The scales would only weigh in ounces, so does that make me desperate as I had to divide the quantities (I thought 12 too many) and then convert from grams? And then clear up the baking powder after I dropped the pot 🤔 New scales have been ordered. FYI they are very nice and a taste of my childhood, my great aunt always made them when we went to tea even at 95 🙂 we never warranted the parlour just the back room 😁 I now have to think what to do with the rest 😋
A day busy doing nothing other than wrecking the kitchen and making rock cakes and scotch eggs so make that wrecking the kitchen and the diet
B - banana
L - small portion of LO chilli with half a small baguette
D - cold lamb, ratatouille, air fried chips
S - HM scotch egg, grapes, rock cake(s)

Although I didn't need to have this ⤴️ Idea put into my head

Blue Doggy, you are pure evil. Thankfully I have no Easter eggs. If I'm honest.....I have no Easter eggs LEFT. other wise it would be a hot cross bun and Easter egg sandwich for sure. Come to that I have no hot cross buns either. Double whammy.
Food today
B: 2 slices of toast, one with marmalade, one with peanut butter and banana.
L: jacket potato with cheese and salad
choc ice.
S: cheese scone, Orange, half a dozen or thereabouts Pringles. Sour cream and chives if you must know.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Well done to everyone who has lost weight or STS xx
My success at eating only two biscuits with a cup of coffee did not extend to the Easter egg. Logic dictated that if I ate the whole thing in one go it was the same amount of calories over the week as if I ate it in stages over three days. So I ate the whole thing in one go. Gone now...… apart from that I've done ok over the weekend.
Back to work tomorrowIt would be ok if work was 'normal' but work is 'weird' too. Hey ho - needs must and all that. Let's enjoy my last 'weird' day at home until Saturday. That's a good idea.
Stay safe
Rxx

Bluedoggy well done for rocking in at 2lb🤸♂️🤸♀️
Brambling thank you running the thread, it
makes all the difference.
I stuck to plan yesterday, we didnt make custard so that was a win. It was a big piece of lamb as you will see.... !!
B L porridge and an apple
D lamb curry with rice
S orange
I'm doing quite well on drinking more water, not trying to remember (because I would forget!) but having a full glass every time I take a tablet.
Enjoy the bank holiday everyone. 😊A bit of grin and bear it, a bit of come and share it
You're welcome we can spare it, yellow socks8 -
Yesterday
Lunch:- 4oz cold turkey, apple 2 satsumas
Tea:- It went wrong. I was making tea and the phone rang, 50mins later I got on with the now long overdue tea. Fortunately I had things cooked in the freezer for DH so it was a quick defrost, microwave and on the table in about 15mins. I on the other hand was struggling to find something that would be classed as low calorie and quick. So it was more cooked turkey followed by .......... 2 chocolate muffins I had made earlier in the day. They both had melted chocolate inside, and chocolate on the top. enjoyable but not good.8 -
Well done to those who have lost or STS and positive thoughts to those finding it hard going.
Im having an angsty day today Im beginning to get cabin fever with four men at home all the time - had a bit of a melt down oh well calmer now.
For positivity i tried on a pair of smaller summer trousers they so nearly fit 😫 so near and yet so far so have left them out hanging up to keep up the motivation - I am struggling today xxx
Sorry to moan lots of virtual hugs xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.8
