    Nope, but it is interesting to see that Napier has this sister company; wonder what the reason is for calling it a 'Finance' company?  This is news to me, I didn't know that had this company and I hope they end up being sniffed around by the FCA, if the new Code of Practice Framework throws the FCA into the mix:

    I agree, I did not know they had this company. Although looking at the letters, it says you can agree to pay monthly, by taking out the payment options, which I think you would then take out a legal finance agreement with Napier Finance, which would then be on your credit file. 
    Jeez I would LOVE the FCA to sniff around a bit...hopefully that will happen.

    Can you pm me a copy of those letters please?  I'd like to see what it says about finance agreements.
