Napier Parking - Waterlooville, Hampshire - Now BW Legal

Le_Kirk said:There are two entries for Curzon Road (with different postcodes) one at row 12 and one at row 2805 in the Excel spreadsheet. Are you sure you have the right one? If you do have the right one, with whom do the parking company have a contract?
Is it worth asking the council if they have any business rates for the post code on the letter from Napier Parking?
What next steps?
I have sent off the SAR and also emailed BW Legal to inform them of this.0 -
If you put the postcode PO7 7DT into Google Street View it shows a car park - is that the one the vehicle was parked in?.1

Well if you google "As Soon As Possible Cat Rescue (a unit in cp - other units also) the address is:-17 The Precinct, London Road (113.94 km)
PO7 7DT Waterlooville
So the location is presumably The Precinct, London Road - does this show in LA's doc.?2 -
Thanks for the reply, really appreciate it.
I can confirm there are listings within the local authority business rates document for postcode PO7 7DT, however none of these are listed as Car Parking services, they are all shops. This is because it is a shopping precinct. The reason for trying to find this info is to contact the landowner to show I paid for the parking and it was the fact there was an error on the parking app which had the VPN incorrect by one letter. But I can not find any details of the land owner for this car park, as I have 3 post codes for this land.0 -
Also, Napier Parking has come back RE the SAR, asking for proof of Identity, I read this is not required? If not then what is the suggested reply to this?0

Since I have a log-in, I have checked for you and there are 23 properties for that postcode but you would need to know which number before you spend your £3 otherwise you are up for 23 x £3!
When you submit a SAR you are best to attach a scan of your V5C; do NOT be tempted to attach a scan of driving licence or passport both of which contain photos of you and, unless Napier have a database of photos EVERYBODY in the UK, how will they know it is you? DL and passport contain far too much info to be giving to any PPC.2 -

RE the V5C document, I don't have this as it is a leased vehicle, what else can I provide can you suggest?

Anything that proves you live where they sent the PCN, such as council tax bill, utility bill (I know they are difficult to get these days) or copy of the PCN they sent you! Redact sensitive info from whatever you submit.2

Also we now have another post code, having found the property on Land Registry and the landowner details, the car park is registered at the following postcode - PO7 7DU (attached are the land registry documents). Having now looked up the council business rates, this post code shows no business rates shown for this post code.
So we now have the following breakdown of the post codes;- PO7 7DU - Land Registry post code for the site, and is registered to a LTD company which is search able on companies house.
- PO7 7DT - The postcode of which Napier Parking refer to as the address of the site.
- PO7 7NS - The Post Code of which shows a liquidated company
Do you recommend to try and contact Charterhouse Projects LLP to explain I have paid the £1 parking amount for the visit and it was a simple typo on an app?- PO7 7DS - The Postcode the council has down as the business ratepayer - registered to
CHARTERHOUSE PROJECTS LLP which then matches with the land register as the owner.
Thanks1
