I would contact Charthouse but I would lay out a few more details as they probably are not intimate with the way the car park works and the way that Napier are running it.2

I am just going to email to say that, I am writing to inform them that I have a PCN against the vehicle and that on the basis that I have paid the parking charge for the duration of my stay (attach the copy of the receipt) and it was that of a simple registration typo by one letter which has caused this PCN, and in light of me having actually paid that the PCN is to be cancelled to save us going to court via BW Legal etc.0 -
How about replacing "it was that of a simple registration typo by one letter" with something like "for some inexplicable reason the ticket machine recorded the registration mark wrongly"?2

Further digging on this property and it seems this company's directors have a lot of mutual companies in the parking business, and they also directors of Napier Parking Finance which is what they use to take monthly payments for settled claims etc. However, I am not finding any contact information for any of these companies.

Just avoid using anything that could give away the driver. You are the keeper and the driver parked and you the keeper received the PCN, You are holding them jointing responsible as Napier are their agents and you assume that they have a contract with them that allows Napier to issue parking charge notices and pursue motorists through litigation.2

Further to my post, the owners of Charterhouse Projects LLP is/are the owners of Napier Parking Ltd themselves. Where does that leave me?0

Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
