I have finally managed to crack why I have had to change my password everytime I wanted to log in and it is all to do with a _
CLF- really sorry to hear about ur job and the leak
CCL- sending hugs. I felt really discombulated. It is a totally surreal situation going on. I have been working on my Christmas shoeboxes and listing contents just for some normality
Ziggy-sorry to hear u were shouted at in Morrisons. It's a shop that I try to avoid where I live as it's very popular but people get very stressed and rude
I have basically been in sloth mode
* banking all checked,everything good
* gave the cat area a good deep clean and steam this morning.
* had to rush one of the healthy cats to the vets mid week. Thought it was an uti but there was alot of blood in her urine. That nearly finished me off carrying an 8lb cat but everything is good which is the main thing and I counted my blessings that it wasnt the 15lb ginger tom
* have been making use of cook once, eat twice using my frozen veggies. Has gone really well filling the oven when in use aswell
* have been getting washing line dried when I can. Blooming cold wind outside today.
* I am still rationing myself to one Midsummer Murder a day!
* going to get a birthday present wrapped and into the post as once DD is home I wont be going out at all.
* RM surveys are on the back burner. I dont understand why these haven't been temporary stopped.
That's about it's from me.

I wish they had emailed everyone with the instructions to stop posting.

The weather hasn't been great today, we have had snow and hail. It seems surreal that we were happily spending hours in the garden picnicking.
Today:
A couple of lessons, we often do on a Sunday
Pmp etc
Make bread
Make porridge
NSD
Email a friend
Finally, put the Christmas decorations in the loft
Play a board game as a family
Write the meal plan
B/L/D from stores, not like we have much choice
Talk to my parents
Take care and stay safe x

@Baileys_Babe Your day sounds lovely (with the exception of the weather!! )
@Happy_Kitties Glad to hear your cat is ok. I got an email on Friday I think it was saying the posting for RM was suspended.
Dh & I did get out for a walk this afternoon, quite a few more cars out then when we went yesterday but the people out walking on the most part were observing the social distancing which was good to see. We zig zagged across quite a few roads avoiding people.
Sticking with the "Small things" thread to keep up us on the straight and narrow.

Evening allYes, RM surveys have been suspended HK, not before time IMO. They still want incoming stuff to be recorded, but that is no problem. Sorry you got shouted at in Morrisons Ziggy. I know everyone is stressed, but there really is no need for ignorant, rude behaviour. I suppose that those people who are habitually ignorant and rude (and sorry to say there are a number of those) are seeing the current situation as an excuse to justify their behaviour, as if they need one
I am managing to avoid supermarkets still, using what we have, what we can get from the little shop down the road and what the milkman delivers. I have an Asda delivery booked for next Sunday, but don't know what will actually appear. Of course it is much easier to avoid shopping when there are only 2 of us, but I am missing the usual variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, especially at this time of the year when there isn't much in the garden.
Windy and cold here today, but no snow or hail as some have mentioned, thank goodness! My pear tree has decided to come out in bloom, and it is very pretty, but I am concerned that the blooms will get frosted and then no pears - wish it had waited a bit, like the other fruit trees seem to be doing!Don't feel as though I have done much today. DD2 dropped off a carrier bag on the doorstep, knocked the door and sped away in her car. She had left some bread flour and yeast (yay!) that she had found in Mr S, and 6 eggs from her ducks. Felt a bit teary, really missing family at the moment. I walked the dog first thing as usual, before there was anyone much about, wiped down the kitchen cupboards and the back door, made a loaf in the BM, watered the seedlings in the greenhouse and the pots in the front garden, fed the birds, cleaned the bathroom, and cooked a roast dinner, but lots of sitting about lacking motivation! And eating more than usual, which isn't good with little exercise.I am glad you have found the source of your leak CLF, what a nuisance, but at least you know what is happening now.5 -
