Morning all and thanks for your congrats.
CLF - a drumkit?? for when you are in the house!! You're very brave... :-) 🥁🥁🥁
Had major meltdown this morning, panic attack, etc. I've had this occasional cough for 3+ weeks and stupidly last night I read a thing on the internet where a slight cough turned out to be THE THING and it just set off my anxiety even though I have no fever etc etc. It just wasn't helpful for me, a person trying hard with health anxiety, to read that article. So am trying to do little bits of work in between coping techniques because I don't think I am ill (or no more ill than I was a month ago!) and if I was ill I know I could just phone the doctor and get a professional opinion not something off facebook. Frog in throat v annoying, that's the worst of it.
Money wise I had to take some from the joint account but not done too badly. Payday tomorrow. Not bought anything bar milk, bread, for a week! Talk about a crisis being good for habit building!
Also CLF - what a great idea, I'll ask our team lead if he can include it in our daily video call thing. We are doing a call with all the at-home kids later in the week, just for fun. We all need to do something to keep spirits up and let's face it this nation is packed with people of the 'mustn't grumble' persuasion so we should be AWESOME at morale :-)
That's it. Living off stores (more good habits) and trying not to worry. Working, but very slowly. This little update helps me so thank you all.

@TryingAgain2022 - yep. And because it's an electric kit, I can't hear the drum sounds. Just bonk bonk clack bang. It's like living with the Rio Carnival!LBM 11/06/2010: DFD 30/04/2013Total repaid: £10,490.313

Try to get heart rate down and untense stomach as it's making it sore- started my check in with my staff by askin them for a piece of good news each. Really cheered us all up actually
Part waisted day today as IT would not let me get in touch with my HE students, very frustrating. And unfortunately I know who the problem is! Grrr. Thankful for my little doggie rolling around in the sunshine on the triple mowed lawn, for a pretty successful shop to local Aldee, and for ds cooking a lovely vegan chili for dinner. We don't usually do vegan, but it was really ymmy and I try to suggest meatfree every other day(for dinner). TO just boost our immune system with as much vege as possible.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Morning folks
Well bizarrely I'm working today, although I can't claim overtime so I just will take it off Sunday's hours.
Not feeling too good. I don't know whether it's all the extra andreanline catching up with me or one of my funny turns but I kept waking up in the night feeling really sick and today I just feel very queasy and wiped out. This very common for me now so I'll just be taking it easy as I work.
Today's list:B/L/D from stores - done
Wash on if needed - done
Crochet if not too tired - done
Try to get/keep heart rate down - done
Have a good one all

Morning allUp early for a chilly dog walk. Not many people around at 6am, but there were some, a couple of posties on their way to work, and another dog walker passing on the other side of the road.Got back and managed to get a shopping delivery slot! With Asda, whom I have never used before, and it isn't till 5 April and late in the evening. Quite a few things showed as being out of stock, but useful all the same, as the supermarkets I use regularly have had no deliveries available since all this started. And the milkman had been at some point during the night and left the few fresh items that I ordered yesterday, so all good.It looks like being another nice sunny day, so I will do a wash and peg it out on the line
Also planning to blitz the kitchen today. It has a skylight, and an old hanging rack thing for large utensils, actually an old game rack, and it is pretty messy up above that. I was pleased with our efforts in the conservatory yesterday, it looks so much better that it has given me the motivation to carry on.
I made plenty of food yesterday, but I see OH has got some lamb chops out of the freezer so obvs doesn't want yet another vegetarian meal tonightNever mind, the rest of the spinach pie will do for lunch today, and the cheese flan thing will be fine in the fridge till tomorrow. Brrr better go and find something warmer to put on. I grabbed one of OH's cotton jumpers as I needed a clean top out of my drawer and didn't want to wake him, and it isn't doing the trick on such a cold morning!
Hope you feel better as the day develops CLF!

Morning Clf & Dawn,
Clf, I hope you're feeling better soon.
Dawn, glad you finally got a delivery booked.
Todays another day were I have completely lost track of what day we are on.
Todays list
* wash a load on the quick 30 degree wash and hang on the line as its beautiful out DONE
* do an exercise class with the kids online as part of todays lessons (I've already done a 50 min exercise dvd for me, really missing the gym which surprises me somewhat!) DONE
* all meals from stores
* check fridge and fruit bowl to make sure nothing goes to waste
* check banking / update spreadsheet
* I could do with having a good hoover and dust but will see if I can fit it in around the kids as as soon as my back is turned ds2 gets distracted, so a task that should take him less then 20 minutes is taking an hour
Better go as its nearly PE lesson time on youtube.
Take care all.Sticking with the "Small things" thread to keep up us on the straight and narrow.

Well I didn't get the hoovering and dusting done but I did clean both our cars inside and out, I gave the front windows a clean and wiped down all the woodwork at the front of the house. After most of the day trying to get ds2 sorted with school work I felt the need to achieve!!Sticking with the "Small things" thread to keep up us on the straight and narrow.
