Hi gang 👋
Wow, crazy times indeed...
Thinking about you @carrielovesfanta 😘 That's great news about your OH doing the online lessons
@allydowd - hope you feel better soon 😘
So here's my small things:
- Day at home 🤭
- Changed the date of my loan payment and it meant a payment doesn't come out next month. I'll pay £38 more in interest overall but as next month is my last month of zero pay I decided it was worth it.
- Used up some bits from the cupboards - out of date coffee today tasted completely fine 🤗
- £2.50 to food bank, ocado matches it so £5 to the food bank really 😇
- Free ebook
- Washing hanging outside
Catch up over the weekend my lovelies.
Stay safe everyone

Hope everybody is staying sane these days. Am on day 8 at home, and som of us are getting a bit restless.Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%

Evening all,
Clf, sorry to hear about the work situation.
Today has been a nsd, we've exercised for free via youtube, been out for a 3 mile walk around the block, I've done an exercise dvd too.
We've eaten from the freezer, used up various pots on top of jacket potatoes.
I've updated the shopping list, we are out of bread and running very low on milk but I will hold off going to the shops for as long as I can (having said that I have to go to the pharmacy on Monday so might do it then as I'll be out in the car anyway hmm)
We've facetimed with my parents, planning on doing it again tomorrow and playing Trivial pursuit with them to make something different to the day.
That's about it, take care all.
Sticking with the "Small things" thread to keep up us on the straight and narrow.

1LL I like the idea of playing trivial pursuits with your parents on FaceTime to mix it up.Today’s list:
finish the housework
make macaroons (didn’t get round to making biscuits in the last few days and now have egg whites to use)
pancakes and bacon for brunch to help it feel like the weekend
out on bikes for our exercise
do something from our to do list
more knitting - am progressing current project well and want to keep up momentum
check on bank switch for DH and work out if I can do mine
leftover hm crumble for pudding later
have a good day all. Purps.6 -
Thanks @PurpleFairy26 We did it last Sunday as it was Mothers day and although we had a few technical hitches it was nice to make something different of the day
Todays plans
* Do another Joe Wicks pe session with the kids (otherwise they'd spend all day on their games!) DONE
* Get the kids to help with making the American pancakes (like PF something to make it feel more like a weekend!) this will use up some ham and sweetcorn I have in the fridge Didn't do this, we had the ham/sweetcorn/grated carrot/mayo on a jacket spud instead, far more filling
* Cook 2 chickens in the oven done (make stock for soup with the carcass - in slow cooker now) (Dice and freeze into portions the chicken done)
* Get out for a walk for exercise with Dh later Done
* Facetime trivial pursuit with my folksDone
* Watch something together with the kids with some popcorn (again a weekendee thing!)Done - watched a starwars thing on disney+
* Chicken dinner tonight (I have some yorkshire puds and leftover stuffing balls in the freezer to use too) changed this to be a lasange as ds2 was feeling very low today, its his favourite and I'm glad we were able to make it without needing to leave the house!
* Update shopping list as I think I'm going tomorrow updated and decided that I will go on Tuesday instead
Have a great day all

Morning
I'm here and following along, although I really don't have much to say at the moment - my head is all over the place and I've been struggling a bit processing the massive changes that have happened in such a short space of time. Anyway - I'm sort of feeling normal today so popping on to say I hope everyone is doing ok and staying safe.
CLF - so sorry to hear about your job. I'm one of the very fortunate ones who has a job and will be paid - and I only have to be in work one day a week at the moment (and that is beyond surreal).
