Hi all, just an update on this. I sent the complaint to the BPA on 24/4, no response as yet. CEL have sent another incomplete SAR, they refuse, or cannot supply anything from the PDT machine. I have advised I opened the complaint with BPA and have told them I have the screen shot confirming 'your appeal has been successful'. They responded saying I have not opened an appeal, then attached a copy of the appeal I sent ! Apparently their response should have said 'your appeal has been successfully submitted' and they are happy that it infers enough wording to suggest just that. I will wait to see if the BPA take the complaint up, but any further advice here would be most welcome.

BPA have the new information, and have responded with finding no breach of code of practice.

    Quelle surprise.

Parking firms have to have murdered your great grandma for the BPA or IPC to step in.

It couldn't be clearer saying ' Your appeal has been successful ' but it meant ' Your appeal has been successfully submitted '.  I suspect they will be taking this as far as they can now.

I just wonder why the BPA continue to confirm to everyone how incompetent they are ??

Will this document stand up in court does anyone think? I have good evidence that the parking signage was woeful, it genuinely looks like a pub car park and sign is behind you as you drive in.

What document?  You are very, very very likely to win in court, or see it discontinued just before the hearing, yes.
