Don't poke a hornets' nest. If your appeal hasn't actually been successful, you'll know soon enough from them. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'm assuming it has been successful, as that is what they responded with. All I want is written confirmation as they said they would, within the timescale they gave. If it was the other way round they would be all over me?0

Did you respond to the LBA? Yes or No
The game moves on anytime they like
They can file a claim at any time.1 -

Yes, and? We're on page 3, on a busy forum
Have you gone t the newbies thread as directed? Do you understnad we are all struggling with the volume here?2 -
Not being funny nosferartu, but if you get a minute and read the 3 pages, every comment from you has been arrogant and wrong. If it's too busy here for you, maybe respond to the posts you know the correct answer to, and stay clear of the ones you don't?0
