Don't poke a hornets' nest. If your appeal hasn't actually been successful, you'll know soon enough from them.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'm assuming it has been successful, as that is what they responded with. All I want is written confirmation as they said they would, within the timescale they gave. If it was the other way round they would be all over me?

Well just write to them if you don't want to follow the advice to let sleeping dogs lie. There's no mid-way position to give you the certainty you are seeking.  But there's a good chance they won't even respond, then you're no further forward.

No, thanks , I do appreciate the advice. My problem is I have an LBA from them and feel the clock is ticking. If I hear nothing and do nothing else for 30 days, doesn't the game move on?

Did you respond to the LBA? Yes or No

The game moves on anytime they like

You should respond to an LBA as described in the second post of the NEWBIES thread. I would also take the opportunity to tell them that you have confirmation that your earlier appeal was successful and send them a print of that screenshot.

But as you can see, there are other opinions.

Not being funny nosferartu, but if you get a minute and read the 3 pages, every comment from you has been arrogant and wrong. If it's too busy here for you, maybe respond to the posts you know the correct answer to, and stay clear of the ones you don't?
