Norwooder, that 15/6 date has been in place for very much more than a week now, another thing to check after 15th then - none of us have the answer you seek, all we can do is watch, wait, and report back on these boards as to what happens to us individually...0

Went onto the Norwegian Air website and my flights were cancelled finally, I was due to fly from Gatwick to LA on August 6th. Just put in for my refund and had a confirmation email, however had no initial email or text from them to state my flight was cancelled.0

I just got an email from Norwegian stating my flight was cancelled. They didn't specify the flight, only the booking reference, so I'm presuming it covers outbound and return. I then went onto the refund page and it asked me to click on the flights that I wish to cancel. I am hesitant to proceed as me cancelling would negate me being able to claim a cash refund. I am responding to their cancellation. There is a space to write notes so I could state that but I am hesitant. I would appreciate it if anyone who has successfully got their money back would advise which link they used and if they clicked the 'flights you wish to cancel' checkbox.

Do both your outward and return flights have the same reference number, that is important as it should mean they are on a return ticket. You should either log on to the Norwegian website or if not a registered member you can put your name and reference number in and that should bring up the details for that reference number. Come back when you have that info and someone will advise you further.0

hi sorry to ask a stupid question but I’ve just skim read the thread and wasn’t sure how people are applying for refunds. I just got a cancellation txt for a flight from LA to Gatwick in mid August - when I logged into site it was just CashPoints offered.Are you calling to ask for a refund?What is the best number?0

I also put a note in the comments section saying they had cancelled the flights and that I wanted a cash refund back to my payment card
