Went to zumba and had coffee with zumba mates as usual, sitting far apart and all but drinking the foam sanitiser around the place. Agreed various support plans as several of them live alone and not sure how much longer the gym will be open.
Did drumming practice on the way home. Pleased it's in the chapel as I gather church services are being curtailed. It's a peaceful place to be.
Cleaned a bit of the bathroom.
Rang uni, they are keen for me to continue assessments so long as I'm ok. I'm fairly happy with that as at least it's income. Think I'll take in some hand gel and get the student to do a ritual cleaning before they touch my paperwork and resources. Unsure whether to use my own laptop or the uni computer.
Had a messenger chat with my mum who seems to be doing well, she has friends near and today someone from u3a rang to see if she wants shopping.
Keep smiling flyladies. If anyone is in Herts/Essex and needs any help with anything, please PM me. Or anything I can post anyone.

Morning all,
Quick one from me as I need to get in early, another 5 teachers now off so need to plan today's lessons as my day has changed.Flying will have to wait until tonight. Have lovely days all, try to stay as sane as possible!9 -
Morning all,
Into work shortly. It will be manic to make sure that I have prepped everything before I am put on gardening leave next week. That’s until plans change again.
Anticipate minimal flying today, so I’ve got in early with QHI.
Keep safe and sane ladies. Xx8 -
Morning all, I'm in again.
Fluttering quietly as OH working from home now. We are now in full lock down and need a piece of paper to produce to the police to show why we are going out. You can go to the chemist or supermarket and that's it. I've got enough to last us until the end of the week and will trhen try and do a shop (ideally a drive like click and collect). But we're all well which is the most important thing.
Bed made, clothes picked up
HHi done
WM on
Going to work on things upstairs so as to not disturb OH too much.
Breakfast first
See you later

Morning (waves)
I'm no longer trying to flutter: fluids and rest again today. I had a better night last night - which helps. I was taking ibuprofen and paracetamol alternately to keep up the painkiller levels (something I've never needed to do before but this throat was something else) then the ibuprofen stopped workingThat was before the ibuprofen scare began - so I'd already switched to 100% paracetamol before DS came down and told me not to take anymore ibuprofen. I asked DS's dad to ring me yesterday as I was feeling very sorry for myself by 4pm. He was shocked by my voice (or lack thereof) so I received lashings of sympathy
I have a virus. Whether it is the virus or not - who knows? I'm staying in and taking one day at a time. I phoned my Dad to tell him I won't visit until I'm well - he was just going in to town!!!! He says he'd rather catch the virus than stop at home. I can't even think about any of it. I'm going to see if there are any Bonnie Tyler soundalike competitions online - I might win
I have made my bed - that's flying
Take care my lovely ladies

IT ONLY TAKES SMALL DAILY ACTIONSFOR MAGIC TO HAPPENRosemary Ikpeme9 -
Round, take care of yourself, you're absolutely right, REST and FLUIDS.
I have counted the windows I have to clean and that is my project for the next few days, 13 small and 11 big (ie french doors etc) so I have plenty to keep me busy and it should help keep my activity level up. So going to keep a window tally. I am also dot to dotting in our bedroom to try and keep out of the living room where OH is working although his noise cancelling headphones have just gone on charge so that should help things in a bit.
Windows done: 3 of 13 small 0 of 11 big
Look after yourselves

Round it sounds sensible to isolate yourself.. if not to protect others you should definitely protect yourself. Your immune system is already busy it doesn't need more lurgies!
Going to the pub last night was amusing.. there was young and sprightly little me.. and 6 people over 60.. .. They have absolutely no intention of staying at home unless put in lockdown, none whatsoever.. which is exactly what I said they would say.
OH doing washing.
DW needs doing.
Boog has been delegated poo trays.
Hospital outpatients are still running.. so we are heading there shortly.
Drs at 2:30 with the same child so she is off college today.
More running about like a crazy loon.

Morning all
GWS round x
WFH again for me, DH also at home although looks like he will have to go in to the office again tomorrow. I’m really not happy about his employers response to this. I don’t think he NEEDS to go in to work but what do I know?!
On the flying front... before work I...
emptied, washed and refilled litter trays
wm x1, that’s on the airer as rain forecast here today and I won’t be able to leave my meetings to sprint out and get it in
towels just flung in to wash, will TD those
i haven’t even really looked at the list but I think after work will s/s bathrooms again and then do some kitchen stuff
Have a good day all, stay well and safe x8 -
Been to school and told the Head I will be withdrawing the little skints from their before and after school clubs (ball team sports in particular) with immediate effect, as a precursor to withdrawing them from school with or without permission once we are ready to self isolate. With the decision made, I need to fly in earnest.....I did homeschooling before and it drove me mad after a fortnight. So having listy under control and shopping done is key. Bought some store cupboard staples. Big chest freezer is now empty and remnants in inside fridge ready for meal planning/freezer surprise. So going to get my scraper out, get the ice off, disinfect it and get it ready for massive food preparation to see us through the worst of things. There will be lots of cooking in the Skint Pit this week.
Time for some motivational music so I can make some serious progress...... anyone up for a MAD half hour? The cold never bothered me anyway7 -
Creeps in quietly.....
Good morning!
The world has gone crazy! I have been busy trying to keep things ticking over. A lot of my time seems to be taken in the hunter/gathering activity of searching for food! I have come to the conclusion that panic buying is contagious!! In mr S on Monday and faced with aisles of empty shelves, I had to consciously stop myself buying the jar of asparagus tips because they were the only thing there!! 🤣🤦♀️ I have never tried asparagus, so dont even know if I like it!
I had paid stuff yesterday, but only 1 child. 2 families are self isolating and another just decided to keep her LB at home (she is on maternity so only sends for some funded hours). Today I have none, and the same tomorrow. Luckily I am still being paid at the moment.
The plan today is to tackle the garden while the weather is reasonable.
So far today I have taken DD2 to work and popped into mr Ts for a few bits. I think little and often is the way to go, and getting what we need. I think there is going to be so much food waste in the coming weeks!! Other than that I have checked the bank accounts and lowered some credit card payments for the time being to ease cash flow in the future.
Round keep well my lovely. Lots of rest and fluids, and maybe check out 111 online. Make sure you ask for help if you need it x
Ok - I had better got off my backside and actually do something! Does anyone else find that the more time you have the less you do?!9
