I can see your photo, Round, and it’s lovely!
I had completely forgotten about Mothering Sunday, so was very bemused when DD offered to cook me eggs for breakfast. At 10am! It is the lasting legacy of her years at Brownies that she can cook a mean scrambled egg 😉.
I have 2 loads of washing spinning around like fury outside. The ironing pile is now non-existent, and I have dusted upstairs. 2 lots of soup have been made from bendy veg and leftover trimmings. More than ever, nothing is going to go to waste. Just time to clean the bathroom, then I think it will be an early lunch (soup!), and some more garden time. I really want to go to the allotment to rediscover it tidy up for the first time this year, but not sure if it is the thing to do. As we live in the middle of nowhere and it’s a small site, I am unlikely to meet anyone there or on the way to and from. And certainly I don’t do socialising when I’m there at the best of times!
Onwards and upwards - stop procrastinating and clean the bathroom!8 -

You're dogs have more sense than a lot of the people round here, Jazee. Queues at the supermarkets and full shopping malls abound. I despair.
Anyhoo I've emailed Boris Johnson and had a whisper in his shell-like as I'm deeply concerned about the current situation, and now I'm going to cook lunch.

Washing is on the line. We're getting through a lot of towels. We always use separate ones but now we have separate bathrooms too and are changing the towels more often. Also when DH gets home, he strips off and has a shower, putting all his stuff in the machine so I don't have to touch it.Spend less now, work less later.10

Evening all!Lovely photo RoundtuitFeeling a little more positive today (think I'm greatly affected by hormones and the weather at the moment, so a bit of sunshine has really helped).Dropped our mother's day presents to my Mum's doorstep and talked to her from the end of the driveway. I think she was pleased with her gift (Shaun the Sheep Farmageddon DVD as well as a card, 2 drawings made by DS1 and the waitrose paper).DS1 & DS2 have been riding their bike and little red car in the road outside our house (we live in a close and no-one else was around so hope that's not breaking the rules). DS2 has also been helping in the garden with DH this morning. Flying wise, I've stain removed DS2' tops that he was wearing at forest school on Friday (he dropped his cup and his hot chocolate went all over them both) and put that wash-load on. Other than that, it has been a fairly chilled out day today. I will try to do better with the flying tomorrow and may get DS1 to help me.I hope all who are feeling poorly are feeling better soon. YorkshireLass I'm particularly thinking of you at the moment. xGood luck to all of the key workers who have to go into work at the moment, and thank you for all that you do. xEnjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.I married Moon 8/4/2011, baby boy born 26/9/2012, Angel Baby Poppy born 8/11/15, Rainbow baby boy born 11/2/20179

Round.. that is a fab photo.. and I am pretty sure you have got many things right. I was saying to someone today that I am at times astonished that I managed to raise such normal, well-adjusted wonderful young people.. I am none of those things and cf was, well.. not much to add.. lol I think we all know what type of parent that turned out to be!
11 years tomorrow since cf finally left 7 weeks after me telling him to go! ... I almost want a party.. my life now has happy in it!
Laundry up to date and out on the line.
DW x4 .. yes my kitchen had that many dirty pots in it.. I did do oven trays and cat bowls too.
We are getting an extra under counter fridge tomorrow which will mean my poor overstuffed fridge can be relieved a little of its burden.. it can live in the shed and had the excessive amounts of veg in it! 5 lettuces anyone?
OH being flung to the shop in morning.. I need apples and bread and squash. kitten food,
Can I just say my family is ace?
Boog loaned me £150, DD1 also loaned £150, DD3 gave me £200 which I accepted as a loan! and my mother gave me £100.. Not to forget OH's mother mother gave us the money to pay for our holiday. I do so appreciate them all... even though I moan about them ALL the time!
OH is in work tomorrow but after that he has a shed to reshuffle.. with the girls helping of course.. I flung the 3.5 mice/rats out of the garden today.. they were not 4 pieces!!
I had food today, not until after 4 because I forgot. I've not eaten much for 3 days mainly because I didn't know if we had the food available.. children first.. then kittens! Then OH.. he is VILE when he isn't fed!

Good evening
Had another lazy day. I didn't visit my mum, but had a chat on the phone. I haven't spoken to DD1, but she was working from 8am-10pm. She has sent numerous messages though.
Fayolle I spent about an hour at the allotment and didnt speak to a soul! There is so much to do! I managed to get some shallots in, and need to decide where the spuds are going. I think if I can get some stuff in now, it may have to fend for itself for a while, but has more chance than staying in the packet 😂 I am going back tomorrow hopefully. I may take the strimmer with me....
DH & DD2 went in search of food this morning and managed to buy meat and pasta!! Mr Al was very organised, operating and 1 out - 1 in system and were fully stocked (except toilet roll!) DH then cooked a roast chicken dinner 😊
Ok - I'm getting sleepy now. See you on the new thread! I will try and be more productive next week!
