Morning all. Still plodding along here but paid stuff is chaotic. No time off for DH, he's dealing with aggressive customers and shop lifters.
Going to get my hair cut today before such establishments shut but that will be my last trip out apart from dog walking. Right, Going to do my physio.Spend less now, work less later.9 -
Been out.. hayfever is WILD... my eyes are streaming, my nose is streaming, my chest is fluttery and I cannot stop coughing... waiting for the drugs to kick in.. Tomorrow I am taking them the second I wake up..
WM on.. other one half loaded.
OH away to work so just me and Snotbag here.. well, here and awake!!
Milk and bread bought.. again.. the guy in the shop was moaning the milk wouldn't last very long.. it's a bit rude when there are customers who do actually NEED it!! I grabbed a bread for my mother too she was saying yesterday she couldn't get one.
I need to get some comfy footwear sorted.
Emailed CMS as CF has stopped paying what he should for the girls.. it's not much as it is and he gave me £1.. seriously! What good is that?
Laundry,

Morning all
Pigpen your plans for your children sound great, can I come to Narnia too?!I’m at work... well making a cuppa at present. Dailies done, we went to Mr T last night, it was completely surreal!!! I’ve been back again this morning and managed to get the stuff we couldn’t last night, we have lots in the cupboard and freezer so not too worried, surely people can’t go on buying like this forever! I wonder where they are getting the money as well as the space!
Bedding stripped and flung into wm, hoping to put it outside but we keep getting little rain showers here so may not chance it.
back to work I go now. Take care all x9 -

I need frozen peas and an endless bread and milk supply.. but I will be facing a cheese and salad shortage by Monday but I have no money left.. I am considering going to ask at the bank if I can have a temporary over draft.. I've not had an overdraft for years but I can't go on like this we are going to starve to death. Tax credits aren't being paid for 2 more weeks and OH isn't paid for 3 weeks.
I might get a little bit from Boogs wages this week but the diabetes nurse has signed her off work for the foreseeable.. DS1 hasn't been paid much the last few weeks and is expecting a substantial tax refund at some point.

Good evening
Well, that's it - I am officially closed! However, I remain open for children of critical workers and vulnerable children - which is 8 out of the 11 children on my books!! *insert facepalm emoji her* What is the point? The list of critical workers was HUGE! I totally get it, but I think parents must understand why this is happening, and not send children to school and/or childcare unless ABSOLUTELY necessary! We shall see. One parent (who I share care with another minder) who is not on the list has said that the other minder is staying open for his child until she is told that she cannot take him. Ermm? She has been told?! She is also the minder that was whining to me the other day about how she can't afford to close. None of us can. To put this in perspective - she has no mortgage, no debts and she has a stack of cash (this is not an exaggeration - I am talking 4 figure sum) in a safe in her bedroom! She also has money in the bank, and no doubt has food & loo rolls stockpiled!! Sorry - needed a rant! I would prefer to have little or no children, with little or no pay, if it meant it helps to slow this thing down and protects other people. We have survived on one income before, we can do it again. Only this time my children are adults and working themselves.
Flying wise - not much to report! I have walked the dog and stacked the DW. I plan to make a difference tomorrow! Tonight I am going to chill & watch TV, and also deal with some emails that I need to do.
I hope everyone is keeping well, or if they are poorly that they are looking after themselves. Hugs, sticks and spoons to those that need them.

My 3 who were working are now.. not.. We are completely and utterly shafted.. we have almost zero income (£90 a week).. and even 80% of OH's wages will not cover everything that needs to go out. I've had a breakdown, I've had jelly beans.. I'm going to have turkish delight and a cuppa. I have pulled my shizzle together, I have printed cv's and tomorrow OH and DS2 are going hunting for jobs.. I WILL have something in place for them.. I decided being a pansy was not going to sort anything out.. I gave myself an hour.. then some norbert online made me laugh and I realised I had forgotten my own words.. .. So, tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start and it may be the kick everyone needs.. I just can't speak to anyone or look at anyone or breathe and my jaw hurts from clenching it shut ... I will cancel lots of standing orders tonight and will set them up again when I can.. until then we will survive somehow.
Still only 1 person dxd here, one of the first and he is fine now and I don't have time.
Note to self.. 2 chefs, a barperson and a diabetic in a factory is NOT helpful!

apparently we are being gratiously given £80 extra in April on UC, tax credits and other benefits.. well.. just well..
I'm too mentally exhausted to sit here.
I've applied for 19 jobs and printed 30 CVs .. I am utterly done for the year..
Tomorrow I need to ring British gas, 2 credit cards, mortgage, loan and everyone under the sun.. and the solar claims guys.. if I can get a few quid back from that I will be a bit less messed up.
Half a million loads of washing to do and the kitten trrays to de-poop.

Evening all,
I finished work this afternoon, no idea when I’ll be back or paid again. I’m looking for a fur coat to step into Pigpen’s Narnia, see all you lovely ladies there. X
ETA - just to add some flying in case...wm x 1 run, dinner sort of cooked, can’t think of anything else 😳8 -
Hugs to all.
Not actually much flying today.
Went for a run.
Did drum practice and sat in the chapel for a while, praying for all.
Took car for MOT, headlamp fittings had moved so £50 more than expected. Wrote more of a report while I was waiting.
Got home and could get road tax now car has its MOT.
Wrote a lot of texts and emails to see how various friends are.
Finished a webinar.
Mr N managed to get veg, liver and fish after what will be his last session at the gym.
Established my mum is ok, I'm very grateful that this morning she had a surprise visit from the young couple who moved in next door last year, asking if they could get her any shopping.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.10
