But I tried again early this morning and the payment interface had changed slightly and it went through straight away and I got my confirmation email immediately after. So if you haven't yet tried again today, it might be worth doing so - maybe the glitch has been fixed. I just hope I can log in again before my delivery to make changes as I was so thrilled to get a slot and then make payment, that my order still needs work.
It wouldn't be so bad Candygirl, except that I've just paid for a 1 year everyday delivery pass

hollydays, take care of yourself.
greenbee, glad you are getting better at last after being unwell for so long.
We're at day 13 of isolating from the rest of the world and we've changed our routine a bit to make sure OH only makes a couple of trips over here a day with the lockdown in place. I need him to come because I've lost my external help now so it'll not be long before it all turns to chaos! We are using all our energy just for day to day chores so boredom is not on the horizon.
There's no chance of us being prioritised for food deliveries even though the website for our particular health condition lists who is low, medium and high risk and we both definitely meet the criteria for high risk. However, because the reason for us being high risk isn't a separate condition, it's a characteristic for some with our particular condition it won't show up as a separate diagnosis on the NHS computer.
Luckily we have stores as we live in a place which can get cut off in winter. We have both cleared out our kitchen cupboards and we're basing our meals on the OOD or nearly OOD items first and will move onto the newer things later as we could find ourselves without deliveries for some time. Fingers crossed the vegbox keeps coming otherwise the other stores will run out fast. We're not able to eat what are considered essentials by most people - no bread, milk, tinned tomatoes, meat, other dairy, so we really need that veg as it forms the bulk of all three of our meals.

"5. What about gardeners or window cleaners?People working alone, providing community services such as gardeners or window cleaners can continue to work.
"If they can go about their business safely this can be good for the community and we would encourage them to do so," said Ms Sturgeon."
It's going to take a white to sort out what exactly people are allowed to do.
This morning I heard the vacuum cleaner of the cleaner who does the communal areas to our flats. I had assumed he wouldn't be working but perhaps he comes into the same category.

@oceanspirit - my veg box arrived today and wasn't exactly generous. Tiny pack of spinach, curly kale (less that last week), carrots (not exactly nice looking), 2 courgettes, one red pepper - there were also 4 pears, 4 kiwis and some potatoes, none of which I eat... I can probably let the fruit ripen and them chop and freeze for smoothies after my next dental op, but I'll offer the potatoes to the next person to shop for me.4

It sounds as though it's a glitch with the IT.. which isn't really surprising given the volume of use. Hopefully they will get it sorted out soon. In the meantime I hope everyone is managing to get food deliveries from an alternative source and aren't stuck.
Take care everyone XI Believe.....

In between swearing blue murder at everything related to Sainsburys this morning I had a little chuckle. Yesterday Mrs Un excitedly announced that she'd found six slices of bread in the freezer. This morning she burnt four of them in the toaster...

I'm sorry @unrecordings that made me nearly snort hot coffee down my nose. Thanks for the laugh.
I did a bit of an audit and tidy yesterday and am still shuddering at the prospect of getting down to the out of date Christmas mincemeat, pickled onions and semolina flour!4
