Anyone else worrying about a further lockdown affecting their application? 
Our valuation is booked, so not had an official offer for the mortgage yet. Starting to panic incase products are pulled again like last March 😔

Yip im worried too. Application in 16th of December not heard anything back in a while last update was for a list of credit commitments and hoped to hear valuation getting booked this week but with  the new  lockdown measures its going to be a case of if the valuations can go ahead as that's the reason the products got pulled the last time.

Yep us too. We are just awaiting a valuation date. We are also worried incase we get asked for anymore bank statements as the Christmas spend will be on there. We submitted our full application in September so been going on for months now.

Crikey thats a long time! I'm hoping ours won't take that long. 
Yes I'm thinking the same! Xmas spending looked bad on previous months statements anyway as we have 3 children to buy for 🙈🤦‍♀️

We are worried to , our application sent on 18th December ,on 29th they asked us for few documents and now we should get an update this week. We are key workers , will Bluestone  still offer in case of any lockdown?

We are both keyworkers too and never been furloughed or had a break in employment throughout the pandemic so hoping that stands us in good stead!

Does Bluestone ask for bank statements when doing an AIP? My husband had a Boxing Day bet. I've seen they don't like gambling.

hey, i wouldn’t worry too much about the christmas spending or gambling, we had no problem getting our mortgage through bluestones, got out offer at start of november and now in our home. we had around 5-7 transactions to ladbrokes online gambling every month and after valuation we weren’t asked for anymore documents or bank statements etc, i think once valuation is instructed there happy to go with what they have already received, good luck everyone!
