Update
hard credit search showing on my file yesterday and my broker has been emailed to say they are working on my case so hopefully the valuation gets instructed this week. The fact they have emailed today suggests they are continuing as normal through lockdown.1 -
Can anyone confirm the valuation fee amount and how this was paid?0

Depends on property price, it's on the intermediary section on their website.
I passed payment details to my broker and they passed it to bluestone.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1 -

We had the hard search at the end of Nov but still no valuation date. We paid £400 for the valuation, we did that back in at the start of Nov.0

We are just waiting for a valuation date having submitted our original application in September last year. We have had verbal confirmation that the valuation has been requested but can take up to 10 days to even get it booked in. We have also been advised it's a good chance that a Desktop Valuation will be completed due to Lockdown. Worth noting that the Hard Credit Search was completed on 3rd Nov and Soft Search was 15th Oct
We have had various threats from the vendor that they will re-market the house which I think would be a stupid thing to do considering the stage we are at. All very stressful, but we are hoping that an offer will be issued ASAP after valuation without further delay
Best of Luck All

Update , we just received this " Please confirm the applicants roles will not be affected by the new lock down rules and how they will be able to continue to work. We may not be able to proceed on the case at this time due to the nature of Applicant One's work.
Given that this is all that they have asked for at this stage, this is positive news and to be expected now that the country has again entered new measures for the ongoing pandemic."
I just send them my key worker letter, hopefully they will instruct evaluation ASAP.

I have a AIP with Bluestone with the full application hopefully going in soon. I'm using Simply Adverse and have been told my application has been passed to the pre underwriting team, has anyone been through this and know how long would roughly take? I was really hoping my full application would go in this week as the estate agent is chasing for updates. I know this will be a long process, I noticed a few people had gone through Simply Adverse on here and wondered if anyone had a similar experience0

We are using Simply. The Pre-Underwriters are a team based in Simply who gather all your documents and package them ready to present to the lender. For us, this took a few days before our application was ready to submit. One of the things they do is look through your bank statements and payslips, identify transactions that the lender may query and then ask you to clarify what they are.0 -
