  • Does anyone know what the 13 question for the employment reference is? I've already submitted a HR financial and employment reference but my line manager doesn't know my previous financial situation hence Bluestone so heads going into overdrive over him having to come involved

The reference doesn’t come from your line manager it comes from your HR department at the company you work for. You can also ask for all the information to be kept confidential☺️

  • Does everyone have to do the employer reference? I haven't been made aware of us needing one? I work in education and neither myself nor my husband have been furloughed etc?

We didnt think we needed it. hubby in healthcare and im in legal, both full time, not been furloughed but they still requested it? think its just who you get on underwriting. they dont accept a  letter from HR they specifically want a reply to the email they send to your company.
