Fab thank you! My MA told me friday that they are working on cases submitted or returned documents from 29/10. Does anyone know what the 13 question for the employment reference is? I've already submitted a HR financial and employment reference but my line manager doesn't know my previous financial situation hence Bluestone so heads going into overdrive over him having to come involved0

· Job Role?
· Start date of continuous employment (including any previous role)?
· Part time or full time? if part time, amount of guaranteed hours
· Basic income?
· If any overtime earned is it regular?
· Any additional income including commission, bonuses etc?
· Please advise of all/any attachment of earning deductions.
· Do you foresee the current Covid-19 situation having a material effect on the applicants likelihood to receive their full salary going forward?
· Has the applicant been on furlough? If so please confirm their return date. If currently on furlough, please confirm their current return date.
· Please confirm if on long-term sickness and if so, anticipated return to work date.
· Please confirm if the applicant is with a probationary period, if so please confirm end date of probation.
· Is the employer on a zero hours or temporary contract?
· Please confirm your position within the company?
