hi, i went through “morgatgethoughts” and they were honestly great, really responsive and i had my offer within 4 weeks of submitting my initial application, they have a fee of £995 although is only paid once you receive your offer but was so worth it!

Anyone had any issues in the way of bank statements with bluestone just wondering how tight they’re with them.

ah okay thanks! is it a quick phone call as i will need to ring from work.  i wondered when i would find out more about the first payment.... does it come out straight away ? was hoping for a bit of breathing space with moving and xmas 🤦🏻‍♀️

So I completed on the 12th March 2020 and then my first mortgage payment came out on the 1st April 2020, however this was only for half the months mortgage payment as we completed half way through the month. 

Then my first full mortgage payment came out on the 1st may 2020. 

It’s a really quick phone call! I did it whilst I was at work also☺️
