Hi all. We are currently waiting for the offer. According to our MA we are now at the mandatory senior underwrite stage and all documents have been accepted. Valuation was 24th Oct. We submitted what appears to be the last of the “missing documents” on Monday. Just wondered how long it took for others to get the offer after this point? Also did anyone have special conditions on their offer? I’m a bit panicky that they will ask us to pay off debt (we only have £10k on a credit card to fund a car purchase but finding another £10k at this stage will be stressful!)0

I am so happy to share that we've had our offer! Not sure if you can see the timescales but took 13 weeks from DiP! You'll get there, just like we did!0
