We used Simply Adverse too, a guy called Reiss who also worked miracles and we had an offer in less than 3 weeks.  There is a £2k fee

I used @ACG can't fault him. His fee depends on complexity of your case.

i used morgatge thoughts and dealt with rob and steph, they were honestly brilliant, so fast as responding to every email / phone call and i had my offer officially through within 1 month of applying, there fee is £995
