Oh my nerves are kicking in. We've 2 weeks until exchange must happen as set by the developer and bluestone still haven't done valuation.

Hi all,
We have got offer and exchanged contracts on 18th with intention of completion on today (27th Nov). We ended up using two solicitors - One for us (Buyer) & One for Lender. We can not contact lender solicitor or Bluestone and he is not responding to my solicitor. We have paid huge deposit and worried about the completion. Has anybody experienced delay in funds release from Bluestone? Please advise if you have similar experience. Thanks for help in advance.

Did you get sorted ? 

No luck on Friday i.e. 27th. Apparently lender solicitor not submitted COT on time and now we were told it will be on Tuesday, 1st Dec. MA and our solicitor are amazing and they tried their best. Fingers crossed for Tuesday.

Our solicitor requested release of funds Friday 20th... received pre conpletion call on Wednesday pm from bluestone and completed Friday 27th!! Done a bit of work but officially move in today... eek!! 
Morgage app sent in 20th Aug so has took its time but got there in the end ..
Good luck all, it will happen!

Our solicitor requested funds on 27th and is in receipt of them ready for completion tomorrow. Bluestone called on the 26th to confirm everything was ok.

How did you get on??
