We've now been told by broker that our references have all been accepted and our case is moving to Bluestones final internal credit risk checks prior to getting our offer? Is this what people are referring to as final underwriter? Assume if there were any big concerns we would have heard before this point?! Is this right? So nerve-wracking! 🙈🙈0 -

We are in the process of applying for our mortgage and seem to be caught up in what seems like an endless cycle of requesting more information then having to wait 5-6 working days for BS to look at supplied docs...........Reading through the posts and looks like this is a common theme. So Frustrating!!!- Full Application Submitted - 29/9/2020

- Request for Additional Doc - 2/11/2020

- Supplied evidence of Pay Rise so support affordability for original lend - 23/11/2020
- Request for Additional Docs - 25/11/2020

Hi all!
I received my mortgage offer this morning. Valuation was done on 01/12.Just adding this to the thread as I know how awful it is waiting but it will come through.Good luck to everyone ❤️1 -
Ok so update for us, we are due to complete 11th Dec - we didnt end up exchanging on 4th as solicitor was waiting on confirmation that the funds will be with her by the 11th from Bluestone. Bluestone have the Certificate of Title but said they need to review it and will advise solicitor if 11th is doable for the monies in the next few days. Then we can exchange once its in but his does not help us as we have movers booked for the 11th so we're a little stressed right now being left in limbo again from BS!Looking to remortgage December 2022 onto a better rate!0

So we finally got our mortgage offer through at the end of November. Since then the solicitor has been moving on with the various conveyancing tasks but a large bump in the road has emerged. My OH works in retail and was on furlough for a few days at the start of the second lockdown. They have asked for current payslips and the timing is that the most recent one includes the few days she was not at work. At the time she had considered taking annual leave but as the difference in pay was only £50 we decided not to bother. The employer reference for her was done after she was back to work and the offer issued after that but we are now worried that they will pull the offer if we cannot provide a full payslip. We are supposed to be completing on the 17th and her next payslip, which will be fine, isn't due until the 24th! Will this be a case of so close yet so far....0

Yes, was part of the special conditions on offer sheet that said:
"Bluestone to receive a copy of both applicants monthly payslips evidencing them as being in receipt of their full salary. Any element of furlough payment will not be acceptable. This payslip must be dated within 30 days of release of funds. "
