Hi all
Good to read your positive experiences!
Bluestone is only option due to previous poor credit 3 years ago. Heard back from our broker today to say the DIP has been approved and asked for some further info to proceed the application (employer reference details, name of estate agent and solicitor)
I don't want to get too excited yet....but is this a good sign if DIP approved???
Many thanks 😊0 -

Hi
I have a DIP with blue stone and have made an offer on a property and have been offered an 85% LTV. Does anyone know how the deposit scenario works and any fees that need to be paid upfront. The loan fee is £1495 does this get took in advance before the formal offer?
Thanks in advance

Hello! We are completing on Thursday hopefully... the solicitor has requested funds today so hoping they’re in before Thursday! I’m sick with nerves, how far in advance do you usually have to request funds for bluestone? I’m a nervous wreck now that they’ve requested them too late0
