    Hi all
Good to read your positive experiences!
Bluestone is only option  due to previous poor credit 3 years ago. Heard back from our broker today to say the DIP has been approved and asked for some further info to proceed the application (employer reference details, name of estate agent and solicitor)
I don't want to get too excited yet....but is this a good sign if DIP approved???
    Many thanks 😊

Hello, when did you apply for your DiP? We have been waiting for about two weeks for ours and they keep coming back with questions!
    Thank you ☺️

I believe Bluestone manually underwrite their DIP, so in theory should iron out any major issues. Somebody may correct me on that though

Ah that would make sense - hopefully we will hear something soon! Thanks all x
  • Hi
I have a DIP with blue stone and have made an offer on a property and have been offered an 85% LTV.  Does anyone know how the deposit scenario works and any fees that need to be paid upfront.  The loan fee is £1495 does this get took in advance before the formal offer?
    Thanks in advance

It does vary depending on the offer that you have had, it should say within your dip.

However ours was added ontop of our mortgage loan but they did deduct a small bank charge fee on completion😊

Great thank you! Our official application has been submitted today by the broker so fingers crossed then!
  • Hello! We are completing on Thursday hopefully... the solicitor has requested funds today so hoping they’re in before Thursday! I’m sick with nerves, how far in advance do you usually have to request funds for bluestone? I’m a nervous wreck now that they’ve requested them too late
