No not yet. My estate agent called to chase earlier and I asked the broker if he knew of a possible date and he said no and that we can pay for the valuation and he can ask Bluestone to proceed but he can’t guarantee they won’t subsequently decline so I am not sure what to do.Debtfighter said:

Finally gone to the underwriters this morning. Any idea how long this usually takes before they instruct valuation?0
-
It varies, if they have questions or request further documentation. From answering queries it can take a further 48 hrs before hearing back.Notorious_nab said:Finally gone to the underwriters this morning. Any idea how long this usually takes before they instruct valuation?1 -
@Notorious_nab ours took 3 weeks from underwriting to valuation x1
