@Hooefullyhopeful yes here's hoping. The stress of all this is horrendous. Best of luck.1

Our valuation has been booked today for Thursday!Hoping this means we are almost there with the offer.Does anybody know if they are likely to ask for more documents?0

@newbuuild22 from reading earlier posts there is a chance they may ask for further documents post valuation, hopefully it won't be the case with yourself.1

@newbuuild22 exciting 😍
I’ve read through the thread over the weeks and some people have been asked for more docs following valuation, others not so guess it’s not the same for all of us

@newbuuild22 great news, did I read that you submitted on the 3rd? that was fast! and makes me extremely nervous 😂We submitted 2 weeks before you (after it took 6 weeks for broker/packager to actually get the app in).I’ve not heard anything about valuation, they aren’t checking on my application unless I tell them to, sitting on document requests for 5 days at a time, and now both are giving me radio silence and not responding the emails, awesome 😂0

@Debtfighter I don’t know who is doing the valuation. How can I find out ? All I have had is a phone call from the developer (Gleeson) so say that it has been booked for Thursday. Hopefully they will be able to do a desktop valuation as the house has barely started being built!0

@Hooefullyhopeful we are (hopefully!!!) buying in the East Midlands. What about you?0

It’s a long story but we originally applied with Precise on 1st Feb. 3 weeks worth of back and forth and then we were told we couldn’t proceed with them. Our MA should have picked up on this sooner but hey ho…Jadietemp said:@newbuuild22 great news, did I read that you submitted on the 3rd? that was fast! and makes me extremely nervous 😂We submitted 2 weeks before you (after it took 6 weeks for broker/packager to actually get the app in).I’ve not heard anything about valuation, they aren’t checking on my application unless I tell them to, sitting on document requests for 5 days at a time, and now both are giving me radio silence and not responding the emails, awesome 😂
So the developer has waited for us really to get our application in with Bluestone. I’ve made this very clear to our MA… I think they just want to get rid of me to be honest! 😂 so everything went to the packager which was Brightstar (a lot more more back and forth between the 23rd Feb and 3rd March). Before Brightstar submitted the packaged application to Bluestone on 3rd. Keep going!!!!! You will get there. 🤞🏼1
