Proof of deposit asked for today0

we are awaiting to hear, sent proof of deposit today. Was told Friday once they had received this a home report or valuation would be done before an offer. I read it as we have been approved but not wanting to get hopes up. We haven't been asked any questions from underwriter have given everything but a DNA sample. Wouldnt think they would instruct a valuation of property if it wasnt a yes?0

my broker said the turn around is 48hours from updating latest queries .. another weekend of worry 🤦♀️0

Just want to know yes or no! Surely from all the information they get they have a decision. Feels like its all a secret and a bit cryptic.Hooefullyhopeful said:my broker said the turn around is 48hours from updating latest queries .. another weekend of worry 🤦♀️0 -
@DKDUFFY23 I know, it’s the most stressful process ever .. just a yes or no will do 🤦♀️0

I chased up with my broker/packager today asking for a timeline that they promised 2 weeks ago, 6hours later still no timeline given, but an ‘oh I’ve had a look and that declaration form you electronically signed last week, it’s no good, we need a wet signature’
You’ve taken 5 days to tell me this because?!…
Mad rush around to find someone with a printer so I can print it off, sign it, take a photo, then send it back tonight, so they’ve got it before the weekend delay.
They’re only checking up on stuff when I tell them to, it’s infuriating.

@Jadietemp seems they ask everyone for same information.. I just don’t know why they don’t do a list, instead of back and fourth every few days .. it’s so infuriating not to mention the stress it causes x0

@Hooefullyhopeful
ive had absolutely every single document possible on my computer since the dip was applied for 2 months ago, I wish I had sent my broker it all at the same time, because down the line Bluestone have asked for things I knew they would ask for, but I didn’t want to undermine my broker by telling them what they had to send beforehand.But you would think if I can anticipate what needs to go, someone who hasn’t got a clue about mortgages, that they would too, it being their profession and all. But hey ho, it is what it is, hindsight and all, haha.Keep us updated everyone.1 -
I went through the intermediary list on their website, collated everything and ticking it off. Made things as easy as possible eg full statements showing income / expenditure and transaction reports showing rent to the agency.
I even sent copies of bills, with an explanation of how me / joint tenant had split things. Copies of CC statements to show where I'd done a shop on that instead of my current account.
Provided an explanation of how girls nights out worked and my cheap social life.
I grouped each item as an attachment so my broker could pick out what he wanted, rather than a giant attachment of everything. Made his life so much easier and meant I was only asked for a couple of things that hadn't been produced by the bank at the point when I'd sent it all.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.1
