My MA has advised just waiting on employees references then valuation will be booked, has many people had to produce more documents after valuation and what ones if any? Hoping we are getting closer to offer now… well praying actually!!1

Has anyone got to offer with bluestone mortgages and wanting more legal documents off the gifter ?the grandparent is well in her 80s and seen at offer they can ask for her to do extra legal documents she’s already done the fifer letter for bluestone and statements etc just wanted to know now so we can ask if that’s okay with her before offer Thankyou0

The application goes in.
They have an initial case processor to ensure we have the bare minimum requirements plus any other documents they think may be needed.
Then it goes to the underwriter who ask for any other bits they need.
