    The next you will hear should be from the agents to confirm the valuation has been booked in, but not all of them are great at doing that.

  • @jamiebuyer yeah, have been with them a week tomorrow. They keep asking for more and more things.

    @Notorious_nab what more are they asking you? We went to the underwriters last Monday they asked on the Wednesday for employers reference they went back this Monday and they instructed valuation yesterday! They haven’t asked for anymore documents yet 🤞🏻 Xx

  • @jamiebuyer another work reference even though I had already given them one, further bank statements as mine were out of date due to them taking so long and evidence of a debt collection account that has been settled even though they’ve seen this is settled on my credit report. It’s been hard to get this as the account is closed so waiting for the company to send me out a statement as proof.
