Valuation booked for Tuesday 😄

Our application went in on Tuesday and I've already been asked for different pieces of documentation so I'm impressed with how quickly Bluestone appear to be on it. Still hate this waiting period but watching everyone go from panicking to eventually getting an offer is giving some reassurance. I just hope its quick and accepted.

I think it’s a lot to do with your broker/packager! We’ve only been asked to send employment reference where other people have been asked to send loads more after sending a lot of documents

the brokers have been great. They took a lot of information beforehand to try and pre-empt the requests and so far what's been requested are important but they wouldn't have known they would be requested. just fingers crossed its all good. My case was an IVA case due to a life event so it really is last chance saloon

They keep asking us for more and more and repeating themselves they’ve asked now for 6 months bank statements from the grandparent that’s gifting even though already given 3 months and also work references which is second time even though sent the hr info to them , are having a gifted deposit ?the nana feels like she’s been treated like a criminal haha

This post has been so helpful, if for nothing else than to show that there are so many others in the same boat. Our application went in back in January, valuation has taken place and was fine, they asked for employee reference and we’re expecting an update tomorrow! The stress of waiting is making me feel so sick!

@Notorious_nab any news on your early valuation, ours has been booked for next Tuesday 29th. Estate agents are happy, but I’m so nervous with us not been signed off from underwriter yet, but hopefully that’s happening tomorrow.
