I just need advice from this forum as anyone has experience like this issue.
My offer accepted last month bluestone. 
I was thinking that I can apply the mortgage bit later but My estate agent has pussed me to get the offer soon (the story was )when they told me the Vender need to pay for a new build house, so if you get late where they are going to lost the plot so You must get your offer soon,if not vender find a new buyer or vender going to withdraw the property. 
So I was very rushed and got the offer between the time but now Estate agent is telling me a new story that Vender has moving plan end of July so you have waiting until they move but my bluestone mortgage offer has expiry 2nd of July 22.
I am speaking with my agency that I can't extend my offer and ask them to find out  the completion date from the Vendor but agency saying we will contact the vendor and let me know but still not heard any date.
Pls advice me thank you.

In peoples experience with bluestone How long after valuation did You get your mortgage offer ?

Still waiting for mine and the valuation was done Tuesday

Three weeks…

Employment reference was sent and Solicitor wrote a letter confirming inheritance in this time. 

So maybe little longer than usual.

Congratulations @jamiebuyer! 

I’ve had to send more documents off and it’s 10 days now since application went in. I just wish I knew if they were thinking positively or not
