@Jadietemp I'm sure it will go fine. there was some conversation in this group about valuations coming in lower but I can't remember where I read it2 -

My valuation was yesterday, or it was supposed to be, until I found out today it was cancelled 😭 probably another 8 days before I can get it booked in again.Ah well, I’m getting used to the delays now, nearly 12 week since we put offer on house, 6 weeks since application went in.At this rate I’ll be moving house when I’m drawing out my pension and have a back like a quaver 😊0

@Jadietemp why did they cancel it? You’ve had to wait so long bless you.0

Long time lurker. I thought I would post this response because I recently offer -> completion.jamiebuyer said:May be a silly question I know but we’ve had a offer with bluestone will they ask for more bank statements/ pay slips ect before completion now?I have seen some people here get asked for updated payslips etc if their offer is not complete and a month has passed because situations can change.I never but I feel because I’m self employed I have more than enough data for past few years.0 -
