Have many people on here actually been declined on here or is taking ages and making you stressed and think you’re going to be declined normal practice from them? My estate agent is chasing for the valuation again and I have no updates for her.0

I think there literally 2 or 3 out of this whole thread that were declined x1

My estate agents are waiting on my response on when valuation is getting booked also (apparently, since thursday bluestone have been waiting on our employer references getting sent back, but i'm not sure how our employers are meant to get them filled in and sent back, when they haven't actually received anything yet, you had one job Bluestone...Notorious_nab said:Have many people on here actually been declined on here or is taking ages and making you stressed and think you’re going to be declined normal practice from them? Our seller has been extremely patient with us, almost 10 weeks since we put the offer in, nearly 4 weeks since our app went in, but they're chasing us now.
i have no doubt that i will get the offer in the end, but what i worry about is the house being remarketed in the mean time. i have seen on this thread of sellers pulling out mid-application because of the time it takes to get a buyers offer.
My MA is asking bluestone tomorrow if i can pay the valuation early, just to appease the estate agents.
Mortgages are so fun, so many people to organise, MA, packagers, lender, seller, estate agents, employers, solicitors.
I'm thinking of not bothering with the house, and running away to join the circus instead, i've suddenly become very talented at juggling people.
Who's with me? Applications to be posted to a 36year old Yorkshire bird with a banging headache and frown lines

@Jadietemp hang on in there, so near the finish line … mines about the same timeline as you and I felt the same re pulling out, but not joining the circus 🤡 😂
I can however help with frown lines 😂1 -
Just a quick question after paying for valuation how quickly after did people have the property valued?0
-
I paid on the Tuesday . was valued the following Monday .. would have been quicker I think but the site I’m buying off isn’t open Wednesday or Thursday so couldn’t get hold of them until the Friday x0
-
Ah fab, I paid today! Do they tell you when they’re carrying out the valuation? Or will I just hear next when it’s the offer? X0
