Hi, don't worry too much about your explanation! I had similar and my mortgage broker said it would be fine. I totally understand how you feel though, I'm pulling my hair out! Our case is still with the pre-underwriters. That's quick re a decision today!! Fingers crossed for you!feelinghopefull2022 said:Well our application is now with the underwriters and our MA has said we should have an answer by close of business today. I’m so nervous that it will be declined. I’m terrified that my explanation of the adverse credit will be the reason as it’s due to my mental health. Can’t concentrate on anything until I know!1 -
I'm hoping that since we've got a AIP, and the signing off team at haysto have been through it and also the QA team at haysto. The lender came back said they wanted an explanation of the illness and 2 years of bank statement showing rent being paid and that was it. We submitted those Wednesday eve/Thursday morning and this morning the MA has said it has been with the underwriters since Thursday afternoon and that we should hear by COB today eeeekAR2022 said:

Such a long and stressful process isn't it, but it will all be worth it! We had to submit another document to our broker today and its now in the final checks with the pre-underwriters. Fingers crossed we hear from them in the next couple of days and then it will be submitted to Bluestone! Fingers crossed you get some fab news today!! Has valuation been instructed for you yet? I looked on Bluestones website and it says they are working on fully packaged cases dated today so I'm hoping they are quick! I'll be so glad when all of this is over with haha!feelinghopefull2022 said:

Oh bless you! My broker said today that they can take upto 10 days to review documents and request further info etc, then a further 5 days after valuation for a decision. I was hoping it would be a little quicker than that!! Try not to feel disheartened. Although I know I'd be just as upset when being told today I'd get an answer and then I didn't.feelinghopefull2022 said:
