Simply just emailed me stating they expect an initial review in 2-3 days, which will then give them more of an indication of how long any offer is going to take. Can I ask which broker company you went with? 

Have you had any update at all since it was submitted?

I was with simply! They really helped push through, they were really on the ball. But in fairness I was on the ball too, after it was submitted to the underwriter I did have some questions going back and forth and I submitted any documents / answered any questions within the hour of receiving them. So from application to bluestone to offer I was about 5 working days I think. 

Ah that is an amazing and very quick outcome!!! Simply have been absolutely amazing with us I really can't fault them! I was receiving emails from them at 10pm the other night just so we could get it done quickly!! Did help that I sent all the stuff over within an hour too haha, always helps if we are on the ball aswell! The case manager at simply also emailed within 10 mins of it being passed to him! Very impressed! I hope our case is as quick as yours!!! I'll finally be able to stop stressing then... she says haha!

Still no news yet? What on earth is going on!! I'd be so frustrated if I was in your shoes!! Surely someone can tell you something. It's madness!

I know your probably sick of hearing it, but hang in there, the stress will be worth it. 

My MA did say a few times that no news is good news, even though from application-offer was quick, the packaging stage wasn’t as quick, and I heard that phrase a lot. You will get there!

Does anyone know if Klarna on statements can be a red flag to the underwriters? I order my work clothes in bulk online, so rather than me paying everything at once and wait for the refund I normally pay with Klarna, try on and send it back what I don’t need, then pay off what I keep. I have quite a few of those since is work clothes, could that be problematic? I mean could they be considered as payday loans ?

I had Klarna on my statements, I think maybe if your keeping up with payments it shows your responsible enough to have a loan? I’m assuming anyway..

Apparently it has now moved to the final stage of underwriting at Bluestone for them to do their final checks before signing it off. Hopefully they’ll instruct the valuation soon.

Ah that's good news!!! Fingers crossed its not much longer for you!! Im hoping we have an update by the end of the week.

They’ve now asked for statements for the account that our bills come out of! They have the last 2 years worth!! It’s getting silly now

It is ridiculous, we ended up giving them 3 years worth. Crazy 🤦‍♀️
