Ah thank you! Really hoping it's a quick and easy process! Wishfull thinking maybe haha. We are purchasing the home we currently live in so fingers crossed.
I'm wondering if anyone has had to provide proof of balances on outstanding debts? I have one that isn't on my credit file anymore but I'm still paying off which shows on my bank statements. Trying to prepare myself for all the questions haha!

Hi, my application is currently with the pre underwriters at Simply, I don’t have massive debts but unfortunately had a couple of defaults, nothing more that £200, more that 2 years ago. Is this likely to be approved?Does anyone know a rough timeline now as to when I’ll get the settlement completed? I had a greed a date of entry on the house for the 7th of February, I’m worried it’s not complete by the and the sellers pull out? They have bought a new build and I’m assuming their date of entry is the 7th, they advised they could be charged huge amounts in stamp duty if they sale is no complete by the 7th.0

Bluestone are asking for explanation of the adverse credit, i can provide this but I’m worried as it’s linked to a period of time when I suffered from post natal depression. I’m all ok now it was a long time ago, but I’m worried that Bluestone will think it’s not a valid reason. Has anyone else had money problems linked to their mental health and had it accepted by bluestone0
