Great reading all the success stories on here really helps!
MA still advises we are in the queue for final decision since Thursday so hopefully will hear early next week.
Never wanted the weekend to hurry so much! Just want it to be Monday so we can hopefully get an update. Sick of the stress and waiting now1 -
I know the stress is awful! Fingers crossed for you 🤞1

We are using Haysto as our broker and we submitted all our documents to them last Friday. On Tuesday they said it was with the signing off team, Thursday they came back with some questions about transactions, we answered all those and were asked to send over 3 months statements for a savings account. We sent that over straightaway. The application is now with QA, to make sure they have everything needed before going to the lender. Does this sound right, we had our DIP back within hours, this bit seems to ne taking a bit longer. Has anyone used Haysto?0

Hi, has anyone had to ask to extend their mortgage offer? I'm a bit worried as there's been delays to our home (new build) and est completion is now May, but our offer expires on May 11th so it's looking like we'll miss it,
If so, how hard/easy was it to get an extension, how long did it take, and what more did they ask for??? Thank you!0 -

Will we still have to have a valuation survey? The house we are buying is worth between £270,000 and £280,000. Our mortgage is for £116,000, so they’d easily get their money back if we had to sell it.I’m hoping that they’ll do a desktop valuation.0
