Hi, we are also using Haysto. How long after your decision in principle was your application put in?feelinghopefull2022 said:We are using Haysto as our broker and we submitted all our documents to them last Friday. On Tuesday they said it was with the signing off team, Thursday they came back with some questions about transactions, we answered all those and were asked to send over 3 months statements for a savings account. We sent that over straightaway. The application is now with QA, to make sure they have everything needed before going to the lender. Does this sound right, we had our DIP back within hours, this bit seems to ne taking a bit longer. Has anyone used Haysto?
We received our DIP last wednesday, our info was passed on that day to someone at bluestone for a review, and we are awaiting the result of this before our application can be officially put in.
Also what documents have you sent your broker? all our broker has asked for was wage slips and p60's so far.
Am i a long way off of being where you are?
My haysto portal isnt even being updated, according to that i'm only on the pre-dip credit check stage.
I do hope they are worth their fee and get us both our offers!0 -
Hi my broker has been amazing and the portal is being updated, we got our DIP on 6th Jan, all paperwork sent to them on 7th Jan. They asked for 3 month bank statements from all of our accounts, 3 month payslips, p60s and a statement from our savings account and a firm completed by my parents as they are gifting us the equity. We then also got a quote come through for solicitors. It went to the signing off team and they called on 13th as they had some questions about a couple of transactions nothing major. It then went to QA and they said they would contact me by 17th (yesterday). Yesterday it all went to the lender and the full application had been submitted. I like to think that as it’s been through so many checks with Haysto the application so go through quite quick. They said they’d call in 48 with an update and timescales.Jadietemp said:

Wanted to thank everyone on this thread for there support and own experience's. It was really helpful to read (i think i read almost all of the 450+ pages) Just some advice for people going to apply. Sit down and get all the paper work ready! seems to be a common theme for bluestones asking for more info which then adds days (even weeks) to the process which you can avoid!
I sent the below at the start which my broker was really happy with and apart from BS asking for clarity on employment address I was not asked for any further docs!
6 months bank statements x2 (me and partner)
6 months payslips x2
P60 x2
Gifters deposit declaration
Gifters bank statement confirming funds
Confirmation of sale (evidence gifters deposit)
Bank statements confirming our savings
ID / Gifters ID
Tenancy reference
Itemised bank statement showing rent payments for previous 36 months
Adverse credit explanation x2
Authority to proceed
Bluestone Credit commitments form
My application took just over 1 week & 5 days for full offer and I cannot thank our broker enough, they have been amazing!!!
Happy to help if anyone has any questions etc but hopefully this will go someway to helping someone else
