Wow well I’ve got good news! I received this from my mortgage advisor on Friday..So I have some great news! The underwriter from bluestone has just rang to say that they have done an automated valuation on the property (uses an online tool) which came back at 120k so they have decided not to do a physical inspection at the property and will be refunding you part of the valuation fee £230 😊 The case has been agreed, the admin team will generate the offer and send it out, possibly this afternoon if not Mon. This will be valid for 4 months so you need to complete before then but no more checks!!! X
so I’m very happy with this!!
thank you to everyone xx1 -

That is for bills, food etc.
Don't panice over that as mine were a lot less than £700, a simple explanation with bank statements and CC statements supported my low outgoings and it went through fine.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
Fingers and toes crossed then.
application submitted- broker fee, brightstar and valuation fee all paid.
noticed bluestone did a credit search/audit back on 9th august.0 -
Today I completed with Bluestone 🥳🥳 I had no further checks since receiving offer and although getting the offer may be painful, it is so worth it! Good luck to all still going!1
