    Hello All , i have been reading everyone's comment wondering if anyone can help or has had the same issue with Bluestone.

    I am using HTB to buy and Bluestone has come back on my valuation saying they don't accept the warranty provider my developer use, if he can change to their own acceptable list .

    Did anyone else use connells for the valuation if so how long did it take for it to come back? Thanks

    I had valuation on Friday agreed on the Monday but spent the last 2 weeks trying to get my deposit approved ! Thought once the valuation was done the mortgage offer would arrive.

    I put in my full mortgage application on the 4th November and still waiting for it to got to valuation.
    they got in touch with my MA today for some more info, then said it hasn't been instructed to valuation yet as they underwrite to application in full first to prevent clients losing any money with there was any issues with the application. then they said it'll be no more then 3days for this.

    fingers crossed I won't have to wait too much longer

    We had valuation done last Wednesday and got the report Friday. It’s at last checks now so our MA says we should hear today….
