We submitted our full application on the 4th, yesterday they asked for 1 more bit of info, now a waiting game.

They seem to be relatively quick atm, especially if the brokers packaged correctly

My broker seems to think we should heard back some time this week? 

She seems to have done everything right so far? Haha so I’m hoping for some good news back end of the week or early next week

Bluestone emailed tonight asking me for my p60, confirmation of tax credits award, they wanted to see my memorandum from the sale of my current house as prof of deposit for my new house and a extra months bank statement

Hi Guys,

Started our Bluestone journey back in April - 3 houses later - lost count of the amount of more information BS asked for - Pulling our hair out with waiting - we have now been given a completion date.

Its gets really hard waiting expecting them to say no but stay calm - it will all work out.

Please i need some advice Bluestone aren’t accepting some of our proof of deposit ! They instructed the valuation to be carried out which we paid for and it was agreed the right price. Now they are querying our source of deposit. Any advice please

We completed last week and we're finally in our new home! 

I found it really stressful waiting to hear whether we'd got the mortgage but please keep faith that you'll get there in the end. Yes, it's stressful and a major inconvenience constantly going back and forth and resubmitting documents but it honestly is worth it once you're in your own home.

we have sold our personal possession and they have been sold on our shop and I have told our invoices and signature from purchaser are not suitable this way a cash sale and we paid into the bank on the same day !

They were happy with every thing in the first underwrite so we’ve progressed to valuation now. They said should have decision by end of Monday but not getting too excited yet! X
