I did this, my direct debit for council tax bounced 3 months in a due to a my pay date changing and forgetting with everything else going in but they didn’t question that they just looked at income and what we pay out.

    Fingers crossed for everyone 🤞
Oh you've no idea how much this has reassured me! I keep flipping from one minute thinking this might actually happen, to the next convincing myself its all going to fall apart 😬
I suppose one good this is I now have life insurance, so if the stress kills me my kids will be quids in 🤣🤣
😂😂😂 I apologise about my grammar, always rushing 😂
I know what you mean, we’ve been trying to get a mortgage for 10 years and this was our final try. This group has been amazing though, settled my anxiety a little bit.
We reserved our house in July and mortgage app went in 2nd week in August and just got e offer.
Keep chasing MA though I did every day for the last couple of weeks 😂😂

Have you seen your offer yet? Do you know if there’s any special conditions? Mines a remortgage and will be paying off debt so now wondering what special conditions will be in my offer - I’m always constantly worrying 😂😂 hopefully I’ll get mine through in the next few days!

Oh god I don’t know! I assume there isn’t as MA didn’t mention anything. He said I’ll receive the paperwork in a few days.
    I’m worrying now 😂😂😂
They did ask for more of a deposit so hoping that’s it. 🤞

Oh no - sorry, I didn’t mean to worry you! I’m probably different to yours as I’ve remortgaged to pay off debt and had to confirm all debts with application. So I’m expecting a special condition for this - but just want to know what they expect as I won’t be able to pay this until completion when they’ve released the money! 😩 every stage I go through I then worry about the next 😂😂
  • We’ve had our offer this morning 🙌 I’m so happy. 2 weeks and 3 days since full application was submitted!!

    Congratulations! That’s an amazing timescale!
  • Finally completed! Good luck everyone with your offers coming through - my words of advice are HANG IN THERE! It gets so stressful and some days you feel like they are asking you EVERYTHING but it’s worth it in the end.
