I know what you mean, we’ve been trying to get a mortgage for 10 years and this was our final try. This group has been amazing though, settled my anxiety a little bit. 

We reserved our house in July and mortgage app went in 2nd week in August and just got e offer. 

Keep chasing MA though I did every day for the last couple of weeks 😂😂

Oh god I don’t know! I assume there isn’t as MA didn’t mention anything. He said I’ll receive the paperwork in a few days.

They did ask for more of a deposit so hoping that’s it. 🤞

Oh no - sorry, I didn’t mean to worry you! I’m probably different to yours as I’ve remortgaged to pay off debt and had to confirm all debts with application. So I’m expecting a special condition for this - but just want to know what they expect as I won’t be able to pay this until completion when they’ve released the money! 😩 every stage I go through I then worry about the next 😂😂

Finally completed! Good luck everyone with your offers coming through - my words of advice are HANG IN THERE! It gets so stressful and some days you feel like they are asking you EVERYTHING but it’s worth it in the end.

We completed yesterday!! Finally in our new home 😊 
anyone going through the application process hang in there! If you answer all their questions and provide all documents you will get there!!
