Had confirmation tonight that the first underwriters report is complete! Just requested 2 more documents and if satisfactory it's on to property valuation 🤞🤞🤞
We only submitted the application last Tuesday so it seems to have happened very quick!!! Praying there's no hidden problems to come 🙏

We got our offer!! So happy
Been told by Simply the only thing BS tend to do a credit check before exchange so not to take out any credit! Other than that we are sorted
Have faith if you get a DIP with Bluestone provided you don't lie on the application or have a major change in circumstance you will get there2 -

We’ve just submitted full application Friday 5th - they asked for one extra doc within the hour which we provided and broker has said it’s now gone on for full assessment - does anyone know what timescales we may be looking at? Thanks
