Yeh the valuation was done on 10th August and they came with a few questions today. I’ve answered them already and sent my birth certificate and the kitchen sink back to them!!! Honestly this is the most stressful thing I’ve ever done my anxiety is through the roof and I keep checking my emails every hour!!😩Lottien95 said:

I’d like you tell you that stops once offer is received buuuuut my anxiety is 10x worse than when I was waiting for the offer, just make sure they have lined all there ducks up and if your help to buy let me know as I have a tonne of advice and things to check/what you may need to get done! Currently waiting on mortgage offer from bluestone. I have sent all documents and now waiting fort mortgage offer. If you have received yours recently how long did it take? We are buying a new build and everything else is in place but the waiting is stressful.0 -

11/06/2021 reserved our home26/06/2021 DIP finally received, was rejected at first a few days prior02/07/2021 HTB ATP receivedLots of questions in between and over 30 odd questions!12/07/2021 application submitted using packager15/07/2021 bluestone asked some questions packager submitted same day. Valuation instructed22/07/2021 confirmation it has now been sent to the underwriters!27/07/2021 more documents requested30/07/2021 documents finally submitted due to MA being away so someone else stepped in to help05/08/2021 mortgage offer received 🎉10/08/2021 solicitors received postal offer.(Few ATP amendments and a new affordability calculator done this week)12/08/2021 mortgage report sent out with documents for us to sign14/08/2021 finally received mortgage report and documents to sign15/08/2021 viewing to measure up our new home for blinds etc, still a few bits and bobs to be done!24/08/2021 solicitors received our signed docs back, authority to exchange applied for with help to buy, by that evening new bank statement requested from them as it was out of date.25/08/2021 solicitors sent new statement AM by 4.30pm authority to exchange was issued!19/08/2021 test deposit and then full deposit sent over!20/08/2021 had to sign a new direct debit mandate with bluestone as we signed an old version, special conditions reply sent by solicitor to bluestone26/08/2021 was told we’d have an update by end of day, and at 4.30pm we had an email to say bluestone have given the thumbs up to exchange! Sent over our authority to exchange, and at 5.15pm we were exchanged!With completion date fixed for the 17th September!We’ve had so many bumps in the road along the way, but they’ve not been noted!Any questions Ask away!1
