Just spoke to solicitors they rang BS today to confirm everything’s all set for next Friday, they said they can’t confirm until they’ve done final checks Monday - any idea what these are & anything to prepare?0

Possibly another once over of everything ( . the i and cross the t ) Have you done your phone call with them and paid the arrangement fee (if applicable)?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0 -
