Are there no administrators winding up the company? 

I’ve had a look but found nothing and this was nearly 3 years ago! The solicitor is going to have a check to make sure.  Will see what happens!

As it lists the administrators.

Not sure if you've tried a search administrators PDL name.

If you want to mention the company, one of us may have had dealings with them, remove the vowels / change them for numbers or characters if you want.

Has anyone had to get an extension? Our completion date is looking to be 29th of October which is 3 days after our offer expires.

I did.

Bank statements dated from the end of the initial batch to present date and current payslip.

The valuation was still in date, therefore didn't require a refresh.

They did another CRA check to make sure nother had changed and issued the extension. If I had to request another I would have needed to submit a new application.

Just received confirmation from our solicitors that bluestone have now released the funds to be sent to our solicitor for Thursday ready for completion Friday!! Aghhh so much to do my head feels fried after all of this! But for anyone starting out the stress in the end is 100% worth it!

As much as I’d love to say yes it’s a no I have TWO big deliveries coming to our current house on move day Friday one being a dining set and the other our two bedsides 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 I have deliveries for the rest of the week 😂

Just want to say we completed on Friday we have bought the house we were renting so no extra stress of packing up and moving it's been a emotional roller coaster but well worth it . 
We never thought we would get a mortgage our advisor was fantastic it's took us a while and we had to send lots of information off felt like bluestone asked for everything but anyone going through this process at the moment stick at it don't give up we nearly did and so glad we didn't.
