Iv just paid my solicitors fees and Bluestone are ready to release funds to complete tomorrow. Its all gone so fast since we got our offer on 23rd July, I'm so looking forward to it being over its been a long journey. We are buying the house we have lived in for ten years off my dad. So no exciting, or stressful I suppose, moving and unpacking to somewhere new but I have a plan to remortgage to a high street lender hopefully in 2 years then move in 5 years. So our time will come, delighted to finally be home owners and grateful to Bluestone.1

Hi, I have been reading this thread for a few days now, I am currently in the process of the pre underwriting stage with simply and an offer with bluestone mortgages. They have been back and forth requesting more and more documents, however I am awaiting the application stage now and very nervous!!!! There seems to be quite a few people asked for more documents. If you don't mind me asking what documents were people required to hand over after the pre underwriting stage just so I can get in front if needed. Thank you0

After a few stressful months we have exchanged and completed this morning and just need to pick keys up. Reading everything on here as kept me partially sane. Good luck to everyone waiting to hear just hang in there it’s worth all the stress, sleepless nights and constant document sending 😀2

Is it normal for bluestone to do valuation so quickly?? I submitted full application and they asked for a credit commitment form. Then my broker informed me today they have done valuation 10th and are happy with everything. They have now asked for my latest bank statement but it hasn’t been generated yet. My full application went in 3/08/21. Does this mean I am near the end?? It’s H2B and I’m first time buyer. Thanks in advance0

I hope mines as fast as yours! My full application went in today. I think this means your mortgage has been accepted! Congratulations0
