30/07/2021 documents finally submitted due toΒ Β MA being away so someone else stepped in to help

Thatβs so amazing that you jumped over all those hurdles. Β Ours was sent by email and I couldnβt wait for the paper one to come so I just printed it and sent it next day delivery. Β Congratulations. When looking at that brief timeline it does seem quick and straightforward but reality is far different π we hit a snag today with our HTB application our case handler didnβt update the interest rate as itβs over 4.8% with HTB even though I was assured thus was done and they left off our middle names so Iβve had to get all that amended, my solicitors now waiting for the offer through the post - how long did everyoneβs solicitors take to receive the offer via post?
