im starting to get really frustrated now 😭

How annoying, I’m frustrated with our signature issue, this should’ve been sorted when the application went in and pre app stuff was done ages ago, now cannot get hold of my MA so nothings been sent off which means we’re back at bottom of the que and having to wait until Wednesday next week for an update over something so small! Hopefully you get an update sooner! As this update we just had was due Thursday this week! And we got it yesterday! 

It’s so frustrating and unprofessional isn’t it.  I wish they would just ask all the questions in one go and be done with it.  But no doubt they have faffed about so much that we will then be asked for more up to date bank statements.

Our new build is almost complete so now we’re panicking we’ve sent back all our paperwork to the solicitor they’re now just waiting for bluestone to hurry up 😩 it’s mentally draining isn’t it! just wanted to know if any one had any issues with bluestone and selling on Amazon/Ebay.. did they ask for further information or refused application?

Situation is I have a Full time permanent job and that’s the income I’m relying on for the mortgage application not for what I sell on Amazon..

reading through posts before not come across this scenario so just checking..

Apparently not, Nobody to deal with it in his absence, would’ve of been nice to of been told he was going on annual leave! 😞

I'm not sure about amazon etc but with ours we didn't include tax credits in the end as part of our income because we hadn't done our latest award and knew we wouldn't get it this tax year  based on our income. So if you state that you're not including any other income other than your full time job for affordability I'm sure this is fine. I should also mention that I was working leading up to our application but didn't include this because I had to step back from my buisness to have a hand operation and bluestone didn't question it at all because we hadn't included it. Hope that helps (and made sense 😂)
